After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.If you wish to return product(s) purchased from the Petworld e-shop:
1) Fill in the product return form on this page.
2) After receiving your return request, we will send you by e-mail the address to which the product(s) should be returned.
3) The costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a wrong or defective product.
Please note! To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the manner permitted for testing goods in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for any other purpose or show signs of use/wear, the online shop has the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
